If you live in Belgium, you can meet, by appointment, a representative in three ways::
- At the Allianz Care Desk (1, place du Samedi – 1000 Brussels; on business days from 10.00 to 15.00 – by appointment only). This desk is in charge of the daily management of the contracts, ie. Treatment, follow up and settlement of claims, as well as legal, administrative and technical assistance to the Insured – including support in the questions/problems expressed.
- During the Open Hours held at the Afiliatys Office (105, avenue des Nerviens – 1040 Brussels ; every Thursdays – by appointment only). You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions linked to the transfer of your contract, as well as the logistic issues arising from this move.
- At our Partner Independent Broker Office (Vanbreda Risk & Benefits - Rue Stevin, 144 - 1000 Brussels - 02 230 16 60 - firstname.lastname@example.org; Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; by appointment). This partner will guide the new subscribers in the choice of coverage that best suit their needs, will answer all questions linked to the covers and will ensure the daily management of the contracts and the claims follow up.
